Limited Use License Granted. HFMA grants the HFMA member who is recipient of this electronic or printed membership directory of the Maine Chapter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, personal and non-tranferable license to copy the enclosed data on a single computer and use the electronic or printed membership directory solely for the purpose of contacting individual HFMA members for personal or professional reasons. The recipient, by accepting the membership directory, agrees to not provide copy of the directory, or the information contained therein, in either electronic or printed form to any other company or individual for any purpose and specifically agrees to not use the electronic or printed membership directory to promote or market any commercial product or service to HFMA members through mailings, telemarketing, or other methods. If you are not an HFMA member, you have not been granted a license to use this directory, whether or not this has been distributed to you by HFMA. When you cease to be a member, your license to use this directory is revoked and if the directory you received is electronic, you must remove it from the computer on which it is installed, and refrain from using the printed copy.
HFMA Retains All Rights. The recipient, by accepting the membership directory, acknowledges and agrees that the membership directory is copyrighted, contains proprietary information of HFMA, and is protected by the United States copyright law, state trade secret laws, and international treaty provisions. HFMA reserves all rights in and to the membership directory. The recipient agrees not to attack or otherwise challenge the title, copyright or copyrightability or any other rights of HFMA in and to the electronic or printed membership directory. |
